Step 1: Create a Customer Account

Register using the email address you will use for all your tax-exempt purchases.

You must be logged into this account for the exemption to apply.
Step 2: Submit Your Exemption Certificate

Access the Form: Navigate to our dedicated Tax Exemption Portal (You will often find a link in the footer or in your My Account section).

Complete the Form: Fill out the required details (Name, Business Type, State/Region, etc.).

Upload the Document: Use the file upload tool on the form to submit a clear, readable copy (PDF or image) of your official tax exemption certificate (e.g., Resale Certificate, IRS 501(c)(3) letter).

Submit Request.
Step 3: Await Approval & Shop
The app automatically handles your request and documents:
