🧾 How to Register for Tax Exemption

Welcome! As a tax-exempt organization, you can use our automated system to shop tax-free instantly.

Step 1: Create a Customer Account

  1. Go to our standard [Create Account] page.

  2. Register using the email address you will use for all your tax-exempt purchases.

  3. You must be logged into this account for the exemption to apply.

Step 2: Submit Your Exemption Certificate

  1. Access the Form: Navigate to our dedicated Tax Exemption Portal (You will often find a link in the footer or in your My Account section).

  2. Complete the Form: Fill out the required details (Name, Business Type, State/Region, etc.).

  3. Upload the Document: Use the file upload tool on the form to submit a clear, readable copy (PDF or image) of your official tax exemption certificate (e.g., Resale Certificate, IRS 501(c)(3) letter).

  4. Submit Request.

Step 3: Await Approval & Shop

The app automatically handles your request and documents:

Pending Your request is sent to our team for a quick manual review (usually within 12 to 24 business hours).
Approved The system automatically tags your customer account as tax-exempt. You will receive an email confirmation.
Shopping Once approved, all applicable taxes will be removed from your order automatically at checkout, as long as you are logged into your approved account.
