Shipping policy

At checkout you will be given two options to choose from on shipping methods. Free Shipping on orders above $60 (7-10 business days) or Standard Shipping for $7.99 (5-7 business days). These two options are available for online store purchases. Once your order is done processing and packed, we ship free standard shipping for US orders over $60 excluding Hawaii and Alaska. You may cancel an order at any time prior to Shipping by emailing us using our contact us page. 

If you would like to cancel an order after it has been shipped, we will attempt to intercept the package through the delivery service, although this is not guaranteed. Intercept services do have fees associated with them, so we will deduct the cost to intercept from your refund. If interception is not possible, you can send the package back by either refusing the package at delivery or shipping it back to us.

If you refuse the package and send it back to us, we will be charged a fee from the mailing service and will deduct that fee from your refund.

Merch Store — Express Delivery

Customers shopping our Merch Store have an additional shipping option available at checkout: Express Delivery. An Express Shipping fee will be applied to your order when this option is selected.

⚠️ Important: A valid phone number is required for Express Delivery.
Express shipping carriers require a phone number to process and dispatch your order. If no phone number is provided at checkout, your order will automatically be downgraded to Standard Shipping — and the difference in shipping cost will not be refunded.

To ensure your order ships via Express Delivery, please confirm that your phone number is entered in the designated field before completing your purchase. If you placed an Express Delivery order and forgot to include your phone number, contact us immediately at contact us — we'll do our best to update your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made in time.
