Cancel an Order
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you follow the instructions below right after ordering, we may be able to cancel your order before it's processed. If not, we'll ship your order, and you're welcome to return it to us once you receive it by using our Returns & Exchanges page to properly set up and ship your return.
How to Cancel an Unfulfilled Order
If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can request a cancellation directly from your account:
- Log in to your account on account.usaflagco.com using your email — you'll receive a secure 6-digit code, no password needed.
- Find your order in your order history and select the one you'd like to cancel.
- Request cancellation by clicking the cancellation option on the order page.
- Wait for confirmation — our team will review your request and confirm the cancellation by email.
If your order has already shipped, create a return once your package arrives by visiting our Returns & Exchanges page.
