Shipping policy

At checkout you will be given two options to choose from on shipping methods. Free Shipping on orders above $60 (7-10 business days) or Standard Shipping for $9.99 (5-7 business days). If you would like to cancel an order after it has been processed, we will attempt to intercept the package through the delivery service, although this is not guaranteed. How do I take care of my flag?

Our American-made flags are manufactured using the highest quality U.S. made materials available. 

They give exceptional service in exchange for reasonable care. Wind, water, sun, dirt and neglect are the major enemies of a flag. No one can control the weather but you can take some important steps to lengthen the life of your flag.

Periodically, gently wash your flag in cool water with mild detergent. Line or flat dry thoroughly to prevent mildew. If wrinkled, use the appropriate heat setting on your iron for your flag fabric.

At the first sign of fraying have your flag repaired before further damage is done. Extremely torn or frayed flags should be disposed of properly following the U.S. Flag Code.

Always keep your flagpole as clean as possible. Move your pole if your flag does not have adequate room to fly unobstructed.

To extend the life of your flag we recommend having two flags and rotating them throughout the year.

Exposing your flag to rain, wind, snow or high winds will shorten the life of your flag considerably. If you leave your flag exposed to the elements, it will greatly reduce the life of your flag.

Yes, as long as your pole is large enough to support the weight of the flags. The USA Flag must always fly at the top. The flag underneath should be at least one foot lower and be one size smaller than the USA Flag. Flags of other countries are not to be flown beneath the USA Flag.

We recommend that you hand-wash your flag with mild soap, rinse thoroughly and air dry. You can also use a dry cleaning service. Remember to not fold the flag or put away damp. The easiest way to get wrinkles out of a flag, especially a U.S. Nylon flag is with an iron. USA Flag Co. recommends spraying some water lightly on the flag, setting the iron to cool to warm (make sure the iron is not too hot so as not to melt the material) and just gently go over the flag until the wrinkles are out. If you have a steamer, that will also work as long as it is set to a low temperature.

All four brackets include mounting screws. However, the holding strength of any bracket depends entirely on what your screws are anchoring into. If you are mounting to solid wood framing or a wood post, the included screws are sufficient. If you are mounting to vinyl siding, stucco, hollow brick, or drywall, always use heavy-duty wall anchors rated for outdoor use — do not rely on the included screws alone.
