We use a standard, square sticker material for many of our designs (e.g., $2 x 2$ inches, $3 x 3$ inches). However, to ensure every American flag sticker is printed with the correct, official aspect ratio (the government standard of $1.9 : 1$ ), the height must be slightly shorter than the width.

This means that while the overall sticker material may be square, the actual printed flag sticker will be rectangular to maintain its accurate look.
